From this prized variety comes a fruity olive oil with intense notes of fresh grass, tomato vine and green banana. On the palate it reveals a strong character with a very pronounced spicy sensation that prevails over the initial sweetness typical of Garda olive oils. Recommended for robust dishes with bold flavours, particularly red meats.
