All products purchased on Lefay Shop can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Any costs that may arise for the return of the product will be fully charged to the customer. The price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded within 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, if the returned items present damage or signs of wear and tear, Lefay Resorts srl has the right to retain part or all of the amount. For this reason, any refund will only be granted once the item has been received.
Should the received product turn out to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, the customer must send immediate notification by e-mail to shop@lefayrsorts.com attaching a photo of the contents. The damaged package must be returned to the sender within 10 days of delivery. Once received, Lefay Resorts srl will arrange a new shipment to the customer.
