ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL “CUVÉE”

Fruity and delicate, this oil is obtained from the harmonious blend of the “Casaliva”, “Leccino” and “Gargnà” varieties. The result is an oil with a distinctive character that reveals on the nose notes of artichoke from the “Leccino” variety and almond from “Casaliva”. On the palate, an initial sweetness merges with bitter notes, culminating in a pleasantly spicy finish. Recommended with delicate dishes such as fish, white meats, vegetables and “pinzimonio” dressing.
