Produced with olives gathered on the morainic hills of western Lake Garda. Obtained from a blend of cultivars such as Casaliva, Leccino and Pendolino, it is a light, fruity oil with a well-defined aroma of artichoke. Recommended with all delicate dishes such as fish, white meat and vegetables and in raw vegetable dips.
